How to enable KaTeX?

It says that

Otherwise, if you want to use katex, you must add this css style to your website: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/KaTeX/0.9.0/katex.min.css This is really confusing? Should I create a new file named katex.min.css under css folder? It seems not working

This plugin only generate the html structure of the formula.

But you need to apply that CSS file to display the correct formula effect.
