change framerange of a block in afWatch

Hi Timur,

I thought I requested this some time ago, but the only issue I could find is #42 Is 2.2.0 able to change the frame-range of a block in afWatch? Haven't found a menu-entry while checking out the new feature.

This is a complain I hear frequently when I show Afanasy to potentially interested users.

Hi. When there was #42, afanasy stored anything in SQL database. Now it more simple to change frame range, but it will not be in 2.2.0
