Expected Behavior

AS_923_1 should be providing frequencies for downlink messages between 922.0 and 923.4 MHz. AS_923_2 should be providing frequencies for downlink messages between 923.2 and 924.6 MHz. The Things Network FB documentation

Current Behavior

AS1 & AS2 has been inverted.
