Goal/Target: 2nd public release of feature updates

Allow user to draw a line on the surface of the object which CutLines will be generated along. User can smoothly distribue cutlines along the curve in much the same way the segments can be altered with the scroll wheel.

This functionality will be fantastic for long limbs, like tails.
