Disable Boolean tool error

Got the following error on 2.68.5 r60143M Win 64bit when disabling Boolean addon

Thanks for the report, I'll try and get this resolved shortly!

It's having trouble deleting the keymaps, I believe because of an API change in Blender. It should be an easy fix.
