[PROPOSAL] Maximizing area (viewport) on entering Retopoflow mode
Retopoflow Version: 3.2.8
Blender Version/Hash: 3.2.1
Platform Version/Distribution: All
Issue:
It makes sense if "maximize area" (screen.screen_full_area) would be switched on whenever the user enters RetopoFlow mode (and switch back to previous states on quit). Because otherwise other parts of the screen is frozen anyway. I personally do this every time (by pressing Ctrl + Spacebar) to make better use of the monitor so it would be great to have it done automatically.
I believe we actually used to do this but moved away from it because the jump was a bit disorienting for some users. I would personally use it though and could see it being a toggle in the Viewport Settings.
@jlampel is correct that this used to be a feature (toggle fullscreen), but i had to disable it due to a bug that crashed blender. I am not sure whether it is/was a blender bug or RF bug, but I will run some quick tests to see if it is still a problem. (a lot has changed since i last disabled and looked at it)
