cgal CGAL::zone(...) only supports x-monotone curve queries for an arrangement

Issue Details

CGAL::zone(...) only supports x-monotone curve queries for an arrangement. However, ray shooting for an arbitrary, not necessarily vertical, ray isn't supported.

Source Code

Have a look at CGAL 4.14 Arrangement_on_surface_2_global.h, line 1544. Ray_2 for a not necessarily vertical ray is a legitimate query, but isn't supported.
