Module shows too many past departures

Out of curiosity, would it be possible to add a setting where you set a +x minutes to the (current) departure time? When I use the module with the standard refresh of 5 minutes (which sounds reasonable, as you don't want too many api calls) I get a lot of 'x minutes ago' results which aren't useful anymore. By setting the departure time a few minutes ahead (eg 5 minutes) this should be easily fixed, I think?
