【FEATURE REQUEST】提供一个可视化界面用来显示更新进度

由于i18n更新模组下载资源包是在后台执行的，并且由于一些用户的网络问题，很多玩家会一直处在加载页面，不知道发生了什么，希望添加一个可视化的更新进度。

~~Fabric系能够正确拿到，Forge只能拿到i18n及其加载之前的模组，对于i18n的加载时间来说，只能拿到i18n本身。Help Needed~~ Forge扫盘实现的，问题暴力解决了。
