Landing page for tool demos

We need to be working toward a landing page where we can host prototype tools. Not necessarily a public web site, but even a local docker container that can run locally to provide interactive stuff. Not sure how we'd host it for public visibility on the web though.

Create a landing page that can host the following:

• link to chatbot that can educate users on SSVC (read: people who don't want to read through extensive documentation and need hand holding to understand SSVC concepts)
• link to web app (that can also be run locally) to understand and make custom SSVC decision tree
• link to video to help understand SSVC in real world context (i.e. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtCl_ufl8mQ [SSVC at japan largest telco])
• link to extensive documentation for those ready to go in the deep end

I don't know that there's much to do on this at the moment, as we don't yet have most of the things that a "landing page" would need to link up with. Until we resolve if/how we're going to host "ssmc-related apps", this issue seems premature to act on.
