SSVC index card titles become hyperlinks to their content

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The certcc.github.io homepage index card titles are hyperlinks, but the SSVC index card titles are not hyperlinks. Hyperlinked titles are a heuristic that aid navigability.

Describe the solution you'd like SSVC index card titles are hyperlinks.

Additional context Vultron could benefit from the same added feature (index card title hyperlinks).
