Update / Refresh Acknowledgements page

It's been a while since we updated docs/about/acknowledgements.md, and we've added a few significant contributors since then.

Notably, "authors" is not a defined set on docs/about/acknowledgements.md. $\set {authors} = \set {pdfPaperAuthors} ?$

Yeah, the wording of that page stems from the PDFs

However, also note that the author list changed over the different versions. So we probably ought to have something like:

How do you want to do current acks? Contributers via github?

I think this captures most of what we talked about offline:

1. Change "The authors..." to "The SSVC team..."
2. Prior versions of SSVC were written by... (list from above comment)
3. Replace "this report" with "SSVC"
4. Add Bon Jin Koo to the "worked on earlier versions" list (first paragraph)
5. The contributors via GitHub words are already there, just change "the authors" as in (1) above
6. Replace "prior drafts" with "earlier versions"
7. Add Thomas Schmidt and Bernhard Reiter to the "individuals for helpful comments" list
8. Add comma between David Oxley and Dale Peterson
9. Add OASIS CSAF TC to the list in last paragraph
