Refactor try_run

[msm-cert]

First draklib-related refactoring. Should be relatively straightforward. I didn't change a single line of code, just moving code around.

This is a draft for now, I'm not sure how to install draklib yet (adding -e ... to requirements breaks setup.py package, it's too early to push this package to pypi yet).
