HTTP URL task type

Create a new task type with type http url, that modules such as:

• dir listing
• php_lfi
• phpinfo

can bind to scan them. By default we would emit root / urls for every domain that contains an HTTP/HTTPS service

Maybe VCS also since apps can be deployed in paths.
