Add automatic weight windows assigned by DMD and alpha approximation

Currently, automatic weight windows based on the lagged solution are available in MC/DC. I am currently working on completing a low order second moment method solver to define weight windows. We are investigating several discretizations for the low order problem, including backward Euler, Crank-Nicolson, and linear discontinuous in time. In space we are investigating finite volume and linear discontinuous. Once the solver is complete in 3D, since all of the weight window mechanisms are already in MC/DC, coupling the hybrid problem should be very straightforward.
