Improve MFEM Examples

At CEED3AM we discussed reworking the MFEM + libCEED examples. I have tagged all of the MFEM folks who have made commits to libCEED. I don't know the prioritization of this.

As soon as mfem/mfem#866 gets approved I can update the MFEM examples in libCEED.

I think we decided leaving the examples in the libCEED repo "raw" was the way to go. Closing this issue
