Use Case Title Add new option ADDLTSIEXIT to Additional Targeted Support and Improvement Status Remove option TSIEXIT from the element Targeted Support and Improvement Status

Use Case Description Existing Element Name: Additional Targeted Support and Improvement Status Existing Definition: The designation given to a school by the state for additional targeted support and improvement as part of its statewide system of annual meaningful differentiation. New Option to Add: ADDLTSIEXIT (Additional Targeted Support and Improvement - Exit Status)

Existing Element: Targeted Support and Improvement Status Existing Definition: The designation given to a school by the state for targeted support and improvement as part of its statewide system of annual meaningful differentiation. Option to Remove: TSIEXIT (Targeted Support and Improvement - Exit Status)

Use Case Background In SY 2021-22, EDFacts changed reporting requirements for FS206 as follows:

  • A new permitted value was added to category Additional Targeted Support and Improvement called “ADDLTSIEXIT Additional Targeted Support and Improvement – Exit Status.”
  • A permitted value was removed from category Targeted Support and Improvement, “TSIEXIT Targeted Support and Improvement - Exit Status.” The change was made because TSIEXIT was no longer applicable due to the addition of “ADDLTSIEXIT”
