Use Case Title Include existing CEDS element, Employment Status While Enrolled, in K12 Student

Use Case Description Employment elements already exist in K12. This would add how much a K12 student is working by identifying if the work is full-time or part-time.

Use Case Background The US ED's Office of Acquisition, Grants and Risk Management, Grants Management Policy Division is developing a Single Use Annual Performance Report that pulls together elements from various APRs. The goal is to make it easier for those submitting APRs. As part of this work, we compared CEDS and the Federal Integrated Business Framework Grant Management Standards. You can find their standards at https://ussm.gsa.gov/fibf-gm/.

The Single Use APR requires information on full and part-time employment while a student.

Location of Element in the Domain Entity Schema Currently: Postsecondary -> PS Student -> Employment Proposed: K12 > K12 Student > Employment
