Use Case Title Add Existing CEDS Element Program Participation Status to Workforce

Use Case Description Add Program Participation Status (a current CEDS element) to the Workforce domain. Definition: The current status of the student's program participation. Option set: Referred to program Eligible for program Not eligible for program Active in program Exited program Withdrew/refused program Other

Use Case Background The Workforce Workgroup proposes the addition of Program Participation Status to identify the participant’s program participation status in a workforce program. Similar to the Program Participation Status used in Postsecondary -> PS Student -> Institution Enrollment -> Program.
