Use Case Background Although we have Program Participation Start and End dates in CEDS, this information is only available from each organization's records. A student may receive 2 years of service in one district and 3 years of service in another district. The second district does not have to ability to track specific dates from the first district, so we need a higher level of data collection to collect the total years of service for a student.
