Use Case Title Add four new CEDS elements: Award Category Code, Award Name, Award Printed on Transcript, Award Date

Target Date Needed ASAP

Use Case Description NCDPI is asking for four new elements related to any award a student receives. These elements are for student awards that are not necessarily academic awards. The four elements around a student award would be:

1. Award Category Code – the numeric or alphanumeric code for the award
2. Award Name – the name of the award
3. Award Printed on Transcript – “Yes” or “No”
4. Award Date – date the award was received

Use Case Background NCDPI is asking for four new elements related to any award a student receives. These elements are for student awards that are not necessarily academic awards. Examples include: 1 | Math Award 2 | Science Award 3 | Scholastic Award 4 | Honor Roll 5 | Athletic Award 6 | LEA Award 7 | School Award 8 | Student of the Month 9 | Valedictorian

The three elements around a student award would be:
