Use Case Title Add EHDI option to Early Learning Federal Funding Type

Use Case Description Add EHDI (Early Hearing Detection and Intervention) as an option to existing element Early Learning Federal Funding Type

EHDI- The program aims to ensure that newborns, infants and young children who are deaf or hard of hearing are identified and get the care they need.

Use Case Background The Early Learning Organization committee proposed the addition of EHDI. This would allow Early Learning Organizations to track the type of federal funding source that contributes to EL programs.
