Add Non-Public Service Plan to the option set shown below (SEE ATTACHMENT FOR OPTION SET INFO)

Use Case Background

Provide information related to why these changes/additions are needed.

The parents/guardians of a student found eligible for special education programs or services may choose to use services provided by a private/nonpublic school rather than the public school.
