Use Case Title Create New Domain for Seclusion and Restraint Data
Use Case Description The domain does not exist in CEDS. Though some Seclusion/Restraint fields are available, they are nested within Discipline. Seclusion/Restraint usually happen outside of a disciplinary incident.
Use Case Background The domain does not exist in CEDS. Though some Seclusion/Restraint fields are available, they are nested within Discipline. A Michigan led use case was suggested with possible partners being Utah and Washington. Emily to reach out to Lauren for ok, then WA and UT to see if interested. Goal to meet once with all 3 states, gather info for use case and then draft/respond electronically before submitting.
