Use Case Title Add Attendance Event Date to EL Class/Group

Use Case Description Attendance Event Date- The date on which an attendance event takes place. Format YYYY-MM-DD.

Use Case Background Early Learning Organizations need to track the attendance of staff and students in classes/groups. This data could be used to help understand student outcomes and indicators. Additionally, this data could help organizations understand professional development and position posting needs. Please note Issue 391 proposes the addition to EL Staff entity. The EL Staff Workgroup feels the element should also be collected in EL Class/Group.
