Use Case Title Add Personal Information Verification to EL Staff

Use Case Description Add Personal Information Verification- The evidence by which a person’s name, address, date of birth, etc. is confirmed.

Use Case Background The EL Staff Committee proposed the addition of Personal Information Verification to be associated with Personal Information Type. This is the verification of the personal information provided by an EL Staff member.
