Use Case Title Add Personal Information Type to EL Staff

Use Case Description Personal Information Type- The type of personal information verified through the Personal Information Verification evidence. Option Set Address, Birthdate, Name, Telephone Number

Use Case Background The EL Staff Committee proposed the addition of Personal Information Type. This would allow for EL Staff’s personal information to be verified through the personal verification information evidence.
