Use Case Title Add Teaching Assignment End Date to EL Staff

Use Case Description Teaching Assignment End Date- The year, month and day on which a teaching assignment ends.

Use Case Background The EL Staff Committee proposed the addition of Teaching Assignment End Date to EL Staff. This would allow EL Organizations to track the end date of an employee’s assignment. A new category, Assignment needs to be created.
