Use Case Description For EDFacts reporting, File Specification 029 (Directory) indicates for the Bureau of Indian Affairs that the State ANI Code is 59 and the State Abbreviation is BI. For CEDS to remain consistent with EDFacts standardization and federal reporting, the addition of these codes to these element would be required.
Use Case Background Provide information related to why these changes/additions are needed.
