Use Case Title CEDS Early Learning Workgroup, Staff Committee

Use Case Description Position Title- The descriptive name of a person's position.

Use Case Background The EL Staff Committee proposed the addition of Position Title to EL Staff. This addition would allow EL Organizations to track the position titles of their staff members.

Location of Element in the Domain Entity Schema Early Learning> EL Staff> Assignment
