Use Case Title Add Migrant Education Program Personnel Indicator to EL Staff

Use Case Description Migrant Education Program Personnel Indicator- An indication that a staff member's salary is paid by the Title I, Part C Migrant Education Program (MEP) of ESEA as amended. Option Set Yes/No

Use Case Background The EL Staff Committee proposed the addition of Migrant Education Program Personnel Indicator to allow EL Organizations to indicate if a staff member’s salary is paid by Title I or MEP.
