Use Case Title Add Full-Time Status to EL Staff

Use Case Description Full-Time Status An indication of whether an individual is employed for a standard number of hours (as determined by civil or organizational policies) in a week, month, or other period of time.

Option Set: Full-time Part-time

Use Case Background The CEDS EL Staff Workgroup proposed the addition of element, Full-Time Status, to the EL Staff domain. By adding this element, EL Organizations can easily collect data on individual employees who work the standard number of hours as determined by the organization. It would also allows EL Organizations to track the number of part-time employees.
