Use Case Title Add Special Education Support Services Category to EL Staff

Use Case Description Special Education Support Services Category- Titles of personnel employed and contracted to provide special education and related services for children with disabilities.

Use Case Background The Early Learning Staff Workgroup proposed the addition of Special Education Support Services Category. The element addition would allow Early Learning Organizations to associate staff members with their specific special education support service.
