Use Case Description

Instructional Staff Contract Length can be found under Postsecondary, but not under EL Staff. It should be added.
Use Case Background
Provide information related to why these changes/additions are needed.
Currently, Instructional Staff Contract Length is not available in EL Staff. However, some early learning programs operate on a school-year calendar (less than 12 months). It would be useful to have this element located in EL Staff.
