Use Case Title Title I Program Type to Organization, Site Level Characteristics
Use Case Description [ Title I Program Type can be found in K12, but not in early learning. It should be added.
Use Case Background Currently there is no Title I Program Type in EL Organization, Site Level Characteristics. However, there may be early learning programs that offer Title I programs.
