Use Case Title Add “block” as a code set option to Session type (000254)

Use Case Description NCDPI collects the predominate school schedule type for all schools. The options are semester, block, and quarterly. While this element can map to CEDS element Session Type (000254) with a similar intent, an additional option of “Block” needs to be added for NCDPI’s purposes.
