Use Case Title:	Add element Credit Unit Type to Postsecondary and update option set
Target Date Needed:
Use Case Description (proposed element name, definition, and/or option set):	This is the type of Credit associated with earned credit hours.  Suggestion: 1.       Update Credit Unit Type options to include the following: ·       ClockHours ·       NoCredit ·       Units ·       Unreported 2.       Add Credit Unit Type to Postsecondary
Use Case Background (provide information related to why these changes/additions are needed):	This element records the type of credit associated with the credit hours earned for the course.   This element is from the Postsecondary Electronic Standards Council, is currently included in CEDS Extend, and was reviewed and proposed for inclusion by the CEDS Postsecondary workgroup.
