Example file `LeNet_Spike.ini` is broken

After running ./n2d2 "\$N2D2_MODELS/LeNet_Spike.ini" -test, stats_spike folder and stats_spike.log is not generated.

Update, a new error message is shown when running ./n2d2 "\$N2D2_MODELS/LeNet_Spike.ini" -test :

Error: PoolCell_Spike: extended padding is currently not supported.
