static analysis of model (.ini)

Hi, Is there a simple way to analyze (stats repository reports) a .ini model without running the learning phase? Now, the analysis is done during learning phase only (at the very beginning of it) and supposes the model to have a valid database. For resource (mem, computing) exploration it would be great to have a static analysis of the network. Thank you, O
