Remove training materials and unavailable videos + links

User Story

As a reporter, I don't want to see links to 1:1 training or inaccessible training videos on how to use SimpleReport because it confuses me and feels like a waste of my time.

Acceptance Criteria

• Retitle the Get Training page to "Learn how to use SimpleReport"
• Rename the "Get Training" section in the menu "Learn how to use SimpleReport"
• Replace the first paragraph (that says "Check out our resources to get familiar with SimpleReport’s testing, reporting, and workflow features.") with "Check out our step-by-step instructions for using SimpleReport."
• Bulleted list no longer references first bullet: "Check out our resources to get familiar with SimpleReport’s testing, reporting, and workflow features."
• It is no longer possible to navigate to the transcript from training video
• There is no longer an embedded video in the get training page.
• Remove the line "Continue learning with our series of quick training videos." from the bottom of the page
