Update how we communicate availability of SimpleReport

User Story

As a current or prospective SimpleReport user, I want to know where SimpleReport is available. Currently, the support site has a map, but the map won't be accurate once SimpleReport is connected to AIMS. I also don't need to join a waitlist if it's available nationwide.

"Here are the States we're integrated with, and here are the conditions supported" in one place.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The static site home page no longer displays a map to indicate where SimpleReport is available. There's also no longer a link to join the waitlist. Simply calling out "all states and territories" should suffice.
    • No longer display a map
    • Where you can use SimpleReport section is updated from "SimpleReport is available in many..." to SimpleReport is available in all United States states and territories.
    • "View the list of supported states and jurisdictions" becomes "See where SimpleReport is available"
  • Where does SimpleReport work page
    • Heading: SimpleReport is nationwide
    • Replace first paragraph with "SimpleReport supports reporting to all United States states and territories."
    • No more list of states
    • No more "Where SimpleReport is coming soon" section
    • No more "Other states or locations" section
  • For RSV "Reporting results" section:
    • Update first paragraph to "Organizations can use SimpleReport in all Unites States states and territories."
    • Remove the list of states
    • Remove "If you use an RSV-only testing device, please send information about it to [email protected]."
    • Remove "RSV reporting will be available in other jurisdictions soon." line

@DanielSass We will need to go through the influenza page separately so I can better understand how reporting for flu will work in a post ReportStream world. It's got a list of states like the other pages, but it sounds like ReportStream was handling whether to report flu to a jurisdiction? Not sure what change we'll see once we're transitioned to AIMS.
