[11/1] Remove data entry value prop from static site home page
User Story
As a current or prospective SimpleReport user, I need to know accurate value propositions of the tool, how it functions, and where it's available.
Acceptance Criteria
The static site home page no longer references the "no more repeat data entry" value proposition and it's associated image.
Scenarios
MVP: All on https://www.simplereport.gov/
- Remove: No more repeat data entry content & image

Additional context
@sarahtress I wrote this ticket. [The ppooowwaaaarrrrr!] but I'm curious your thoughts on it, maybe tomorrow in ENG stand up?
@LaurynClaassen I think I'd want to get some metrics on how often anybody is actually visiting this page. I think if we're going to spend any time revisiting it, it would only make sense as an actual overhaul of all of the content. the content feels too inaccurate to be worth mild tweaks - the whole "sell" is off for the changes coming to SimpleReport. I'm not sure how this would fit into the many other priorities we have though
my guess is this would be work we could consider at some point in the future, but doesn't feel high priority right now, unless we have some metrics that actually point to our users frequently visiting this page or this page being a high impact "conversion point" for new users signing up or some other data that backs up that this page's content being up to date is high impact for current/potential users
Ok, as an MVP can we just pull this image and text? It's 100% inaccurate and front and center...and I don't feel comfortable with that at all.
No design support needed if that's the case, I just need ENG support to remove this 'row' in the grid. (I'm sure what I've highlighted below isn't perfect but you get the idea)
@LaurynClaassen this makes sense to me as a first step!
We'll rework this ticket to focus only on the scope of the first value prop. Timing-wise, it needs to be done before the data retention changes go into effect 11/1. (Or make it part of a bigger suite of changes if we find we have enough time to make more changes)
Consensus, just cut this section out! cc: @DanielSass
