Outstanding Questions

• If we're running the sync a second time, what do we do with Deltas? How does that interact with the things admins have set up? Is that suddenly going to point to a different object (lab, specimen)? Is the assumption that we'll run a full sync again invalid? Wouldn't we just run targeted updates? This might be a problem for down the road, but some decisions we're making now might limit our ability to pivot in the future. "
• How are we limiting the pilot partners to certain conditions? Will the test order LOINCs be limited to pilot conditions?

• How are we migrating admin users?
  • Let them know "your reporters can't do anything until they set up at least one test order"
