Add initial specimen body site proof of concept UI

Description

As a uELR user, I want to be able to select specimen body site (aka specimen collection location) based on a prepopulated selection list.

Proposed solution

  • Implement an initial proof of concept UI for selecting specimen body site.
  • Follow up with UX/product to further refine the implementation
