[SPIKE] 30 day data retention

Background

We have clarified that until we launch uELR, the data retention requirements for the product is:

• We only retain test data for 30 days
• We only retain patient data for 30 days

This SPIKE is to investigate the engineering work needed to get the product to that state.

Ask

Please write up a technical plan on the work needed to implement and enforce a 30 day data retention. For example:

• What database tables are affected? (Person, TestOrder, TestEvent, Result, PatientAnswers)
• through what mechanism should data deletion be done?
