Update Customer Support Sign-Up Process to include link to MS Booking
Why should we do this?
- The Customer Support team experienced issue with their existing scheduling process, and had asked us to remove references to Calendly.
- The Customer Support team is now using MS Bookings to schedule user support one-on-one calls.
- We want to ensure users have a clear and functional way to reach Customer Support to schedule these calls.
User story
As a New SimpleReport User I want to schedule an identity verification call with Customer Support so that I can complete onboarding and begin using SimpleReport.
Action Requested
- Update the "Sign-up response email" to add back the the blue "Schedule identity verification" button. (screenshot is attached for reference)
- Button should link to MS Bookings: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[email protected]/bookings/s/nJdTiVdCm0SePYfg0Ujo3Q2
- Update the "Sign Up/Onboarding" page located at https://www.simplereport.gov/getting-started/organizations-and-testing-facilities/onboard-your-organization/#verify-your-identity
Acceptance Criteria
Requested changes have been made to the email response template and the onboarding/Sign-Up screen.

@mirrorstage We met with the support team this morning during our Bi-Weekly Sync and they said they had MS Bookings set up (they'd requested this change.) 👍
