Update ReportStream credentials used by the bulk upload flow
Follow up action item that came out of conversations with ReportStream around #7897 and the associated bug.
ReportStream has requested that we use a different set of credentials for the Bulk Upload connection (specific to the universal pipeline connection). The value of this change is to make investigating data issues easier and more straightforward.
The change on our side should just be a configuration update.
Marking as blocked until we get the credentials supplied by ReportStream.
