[SPIKE] Hide pregnancy AOE question based on patient demographic

Background

It's come up a few times that people are annoyed filling out the pregnancy AOE question for people it's not relevant for (ie people under/over a certain age). This ticket is to capture the work to look into the feasibility of something like this

Action requested

• Find / consult a SME about which demographic factors we would need to filter against to hide this question / auto-populate to no. The ones off the top of our head are
  • Age range (ie under / over a certain age)
  • Sex assigned at birth (maybe)
• Apply this logic into code: do the frontend filtering / any potential backend work to auto populate this field in the cases that it isn't relevant

Acceptance Criteria

• Relevant demographic logic is obtained from a SME
• Pregnancy AOE shows up only for the relevant patients

• The A/C for this ticket can be generating a separate ticket to make the actual changes.
