Why should we do this?

• We're planning on adding in additional diseases next quarter. Now that we're close to finishing up HIV, we should document the process of what's involve with adding a new disease. This will make it easier for developers to add additional diseases and give more context for the entire team to understand the amount of time and effort involved with adding a new disease.
