Renew PA's password
The password for account: PA password will expire [on or before October 3rd]. Please change your password at your earliest convenience. Email below: Dear RptStreamSewsprod,
- Your MUSER password will expire in 14 days.
- To change your password please go to EDC Password Manager
- Your password must be minimum 8 characters long and should contain letters, numbers and special characters.
Problem Statement
PA's password is expiring and needs to be renewed to maintain connectivity.
What You Need to Know

Follow the instructions to renew password in the Secrets folder in Teams:

The password in that document may be outdated. To find the most current version:

Log in to Azure using your SU account.

Navigate to the pdhprod-clientconfig Key Vault and look for active credentials for appropriate jurisdiction.

To identify the active credentials in ReportStream:

Log into ReportStream and go to the PA receiver settings.

Click Edit on the active receiver entries.

Check the value of
credentialName.-
If
credentialNameis set, ReportStream uses that value. -
If
credentialNameis null, ReportStream defaults to the format:ORG-NAME--RECEIVER-NAME, e.g.,PA-PHD--ELRorPA-PHD--FULL-ELR.

Once you identify the correct credentials:
- Create a new password version in all applicable secret entries by copying the previous value and pasting the updated password.

Verify the new password is working:

Go back to the receiver settings in ReportStream.

Click Check next to the receiver.
- Note: The check function only works for SFTP and REST receivers.

- [x] Receiver connection check passes for SimpleReport
- [x] SimpleReport connection info documentation is up to date
- [ ] Document process for renewing credentials
